The problem occurs when I'm wearing the seatbelt - I thought that was understood. The shoulder belt flaps in the wind as it stretches horizontally from the metal loop behind the seat to my shoulder/chest. This is due to the loop raising the belt above the top of the door, so it's like an airplane wing.
