The problem is somewhere else: the OEM pads are street pads. Period.
Their optimal temperature cannot met the range given by a serious track use; otherwise they would not provide optimal brake coefficient when cold-braking (that is, normal road use).
Switch to real track stuff is mandatory for all uses other than road/light/fun.
