MDM and M button on mostly, unless I know I might be in danger of myself such as some spirited runs when I have to chase down a group then all nannies are on, or when I might be a little distracted where I know my response time is slower.

MDM is relatively safe as long as you still drives with respect of the car, but generally let you to put more power down. As long as you don't have a binary foot syndrome, or in need of wot out of every corner, I actually feel it is safer to get out of trouble. However, you have a higher chance of getting in trouble if you don't pay attention.

As Advevo stated, M button is crucial to ensure you have the throttle response when things goes wrong - so it is always on for me.
