I feel ya. I accidently went over my monthly limit when the card first came out. (I never paid attention to limits with the paper reg's and coupons). They didn't like that. Supposedly the SOFA agreement wasn't being enforced and us Americans had cost DE a pretty huge amount of cash over the years. Billions I want to say. Of course the Germans do love to exagerate the misdeeds of the U.S.
But we do eat up some petrol in our Hummers, FJ's, F-350's etc.....
