Not that bad. It helps to have the right tools. I recommend a screwdriver with socket adapters and a set of small screwdrivers for removing little clips. The hardest part is locating some of those little clips, which are hard to depict in the pictures in the instructions. Once you've found them once, it goes much faster. They manufacturer says 30 minutes, and I can see that being very doable after the first time.

Check out the pdf instructions and youtube video of the install to get an idea. As compared to, say, swapping all four wheels, it's more complex, but less effort and time.
