I had the same problem. It's something blocking the tube/ filter at the pump. I pulled the tube from the nozzle and used a bicycle pump of all things to blow compressed air back which cleared it. Then I just flushed the whole thing a few times by activating the washer.

I'm not a fan of using the washer and definitely not putting anything other than water in the tank after seeing what some washer fluid did to the paint work around the nozzle on some cars.
