Recommendation: Lauderdale BMW of Pines (Les Cutler) - Great experience!
Good morning all,
I'm not usually a promoter of places probably because many end up being less than expected. In this particular case, I had a really great experience.
I ordered a new 2012 BMW 135i convertible from Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines and from start to finish it was completely positive with absolutely no funny business or aggravation.
It's the people that make the establishment and I'd like to offer an excellent recommendation from my dealings with Les Cutler (lcutler@holmansales.com) who was my customer adviser.
From price to production updates to delivery it was just a smooth and happy process with none of the usual games like I experienced at 2 other local dealerships.
