28mm is a tight squeeze with brand new pads but okay.

With 325mm instead of 338mm, I guess you'll cut a lip in the pads, and front brake torque will be slightly less than stock since there will be slightly less leverage from the rotor. I'm not an expert, but I think the torque difference is okay and will not increase total stopping distance.

...adding: Since you'd be using less of the brake pad surface, they will wear out faster, but maybe not a significant difference.
