Here in the US... many companies give you 30 days to notify the insurer of a new purchase. So.. you call your agent.. and the vehicle is covered, and the bill comes later... But MANY people buy a car and then call the agent a week or two later to add the insurance, especially when buying a used car. Dealers normally insist that insurance is added before the vehicle leaves the lot..
In any event... She has already posted that she did pay the tax and insurance in advance..
Other than the pricing. which could simply be VAT.. this sounds like a 20 year old young lady with buyers remorse more than it does a person trying to make a quick buck.
