I just did this yesterday, its a major PIA! You have to take your entire center console out.
check this link out. read it closely. And when you get to the point of taking it off your ebrake has to be yanked up pretty high to clear the plastic pieces or else you wont be able to get it off. Good luck PM me if you have any questions Ill try to help you the best I can
