If you give me the VIN, I might be able to find out exactly which injector has been replaced.

I don't think we ever did put any sticker on the car for injector campaign.

You will be surprise what the dealer can do for warranty issue sometimes. They can actually ask head office for good will even if the car is out of warranty. Just try to complaint that it is been having the same problem for a while.
And they don't generally do bare minimum because it makes no difference to a dealership. They actually want to replace more stuff on it if they can fault it, as warranty is paid by head office, as long as the dealer can justify the fault.

I think it's just a bit hard these days to find a good experience smart mechanic in the dealership networks.

I will have to have a look at my car, as after reading a SIB for the injectors I thought I had once seen a little blue sticker in the engine bay firewall which maybe an injector campaign completed already.

Unfortunately I am only just out of warranty a few months ago also when this trouble started but tbh I would probably prefer to get this work done through an independent bmw specialist like advan as generally I have found with warranty repairs they generally band aid the repairs trying to do the bare minimum to mask the issue rather then diagnose the root cause and replace all the required parts.
