No not for camber. Purpose of this is to tighten up the front end and make it more rigid; theoretically helps with turn in although truth is there cars at least in coupe form are pretty rigid to begin with. The bigger benefit is probably how it reinforces the shock towers (do a quick search on cracked or mushroomed shock towers, which happens when you hit a nasty pothole). Most importantly it's bonafide under hood bling.
