I agree on some points. The stability and ride leave a little to be desired. Some of it are these terrible runshat tires which I cannot wait to get off the car.
I had a 335i lease for a short time before this car, and I also agree with the interior. The 3 series interior is substantially nicer.
But I would not take a 328 over a 135. I don't like terminally slow.
I also don't place a lot of stock in the subjective, such as appearance. I think the car looks nice exterior, but lots disagree.
