My Petrol 18x8 wheels have a center bore diameter of 74.1mm. This means that I have a space of 74.1mm - 72.6mm = 1.5mm that the wheels can be off center when the wheel is attached to the hub. The hub rings come in different sizes. For my situation I need hub rings with outside diameter of 74.1mm and an inside diameter of 72.6mm.
Thanks for the explain. I checked the VMR wheels 72.6mm so they should match perfectly. So I can rule out this as my solution.

since I used my torque wretch and on my way to office this morning, I still have a little vibration on the steering wheel when driving over 70mph.

So I guess we rule out the hug ring and lug not tight enough... the remaining solution will be balance of the wheel/tire?
