It honestly depends on what that Evo9 had. If it had all those bolt ons and no tune, then yeah I can honestly see that happening.
Get a FMIC and downpipe and step up to Cobb Stage 2+ and give him a surprise.
FWIW I had an Evo9 with all the the usual bolt ons and E85 and my current car will poop on it. I would get pooped on if they have a stock appearing turbo upgrade though lol.
