I'm not sure exactly which part on your car is peeling, but it seems like I had peeling on the exact same piece.
I looked into it, in case the dealership did not cover it for me, and the dash piece is only about $55. But thankfully my dealership covered it for me.
If you do have warranty, it should be covered. Take your car to your main dealership and ask them. If they refuse, find another dealership that will fix it for you. Worst case senario, fix it for ~$55
