No,
the AA tune by itself already changes the throttling, so there is no need for a sprint booster.
the BMS by itself changes the throttling and has different throttle settings. the BMS is basically a sprint booster with some engine timing to increase performance.
The AA tune is a full tune of the entire engine ecu, so gives you power across all the bands and such. Hence why the AA tune is like 500 dollars.
The BMS is a piggyback that tricks the Ecu into thinking it needs more fuel to give more power or something like that(but not effective and less then an AA tune), and it also has throttle remapping percenteges in different "maps" which is what a sprint booster does. This cost like 250
There is no need to combine them
