+1. Why wouldn't you buy a new CDV from your dealer($10) and knock out the inner venturi! It is soooo simple and then there is no way your dealer can bitch about any future clutch/trans problems. The CDV restriction/venturi just pops right out.

I used a 3mm punch and small hammer... but you could also get by with just a simple small flat blade screw driver.
