What's playing in my car at the moment? This morning, the ACO with Richard Tognetti, the Mozart Violin Concertos. Also, Jacques Louissier's jazz interpretations of Handel. We saw the Woody Allan movie "Midnight in Paris" over Christmas, and that re-kindled my love for jazz manouche. I've found an American group doing their interpretation of Django Reinhardt/gypsy swing, called "Pearl Django". They swing like crazy and not a drum in sight.
