EFI's dyno reads really low. Mustang Dyno's generally do.
I know lots of Subaru owner's who get tuned on the EFI dyno, it is a definitely a heartbreak dyno in terms of numbers. The same car on a Dyno Dynamics or a Dynapack would read a lot higher.

Just to give you an idea, Bren, EFI's arch-rival, tuned a stock 135i with only BMS drop in filter on a Dynapack yielding 365whp and 365wtq, using the custom OE tune - just an ECU flash. A custom tune will definitely get you better numbers.
