I have yet to buy an I35 but I'm pretty sure you can get dealers to budge off the sticker price....assuming they are even on the lot (i have no idea).
In 2005 I bought a brand new fully loaded 6spd G35 Coupe, as you referred to, for $3k under sticker with only 5 miles on the odo.
