How Should a BMW Dealer Handle Tire Warranty?

Straight from a PCD, the tire pressure on mine was 32/38 psi. I've recently had the right rear tire losing pressure over, say a week. This morning the tire warning come on when cranked. I drove it to the nearest air supply, about a 1/4 mile, and it turns out the RR tire had 13 psi (BMW air gauge), but the tire warning went off when I inflated to 32 psi (my car was idling and wife was in the car, so that's how I know).

If there's not a puncture in the tire is this covered under the tire warranty? And how should a BMW dealer respond? I've gotten my seat belt recall notice, so I'll be going in.
