Thanks for the insight! One other question. What is the recommended weight from BMW for the oil what are they using? 5w-30 10w-30 5w-40 10w-40 etc?
Also what is the major difference from the 1st number and the second? I know this is a elementary question and it has to do with weather and driving conditions. I am just trying to figure out what conditions 5w-40 is recommended for and if I meet those or if it even makes that big of a difference.
