Pads and Rotors

So I brought my 135i in to the dealer for regular maintenance and they told me my front pads and rotors need replacing. However, they were going to charge me $900 to do it. I've replaced pads and rotors on my own before so I figured I could save some money and just do it myself.

I went to Pepboys, Autozone, and Advance Auto Parts today and none of them carried pads or rotors for my car. They said they could order them but it would be $211 per rotor and $50 or so for pads. Is it just me or is that very high?

So I did some googling online and I've found a few sites that have rotors for $80-120 each. That is more like what I was expecting. Is there anything I should be careful about or look out for? Has anyone ever ordered from any of these sites? Does anyone have any recommended websites for ordering brake pads and rotors?
