This is the complete DIY for the 1 series coupe alarm.
Circle BMW has the alarm kit for $200 (This does not include dealer programming. Varies by dealer. Approx $125)
(The clown nose did blink red when I locked the car as soon as I installed the Alarm. aka No programming yet)

**I was able to install the Alarm WITHOUT removing the rear tire. You still must jack up the car in order to remove the wheel well lining. Please read your owners manual for the proper way to jack up the car.**
