figured I would update - my car was delivered with ZPP only and it has the wires in the harness to get homelink and the compass working. I swapped my mirror and I'm all set (I used 51169192335 - took 5 minutes tops).
So if you have either Premium or Convenience, you just need to do a mirror swap.
