Not really.
You have to remember that they are trying to access the OBD port one handed through a small hole made in the window, and reaching in to feel down for the port cover and pluging in the coder. Not easy to bust a lock by feel and one handed.....?
Any positive means of securing the OBD port is going to dramatically slow them down/frustrate them enough that they may move on to an easier target.
