if you want cheap route, get a aux jack from radioshack for like $5....
connect it to your ipod and your car thru the axe input.
if you get the usb option, and get Y ipod jack from tisher for $55, it charges/plays thru your stereo as well.
for the quality, its no different from CD IMO.
