It appears that BMW does not keep as tight of brand control over the dealerships as of other luxury car companies. I have now dealt with 5 dealership in CA. 2 sucked, one was ok , 1 was good and 1 was great.
The one thing I have found out about BMW is
YOU have to find a dealer that you like. There is no consistence of experience. Lexus continues to beat BMW is the luxury segment with better branding and experience. Not with better cars.
