Trutchy, take a look at the text you've quoted as part of the entire first post: "NB. The spike at 2750RPM is caused by the car being released after being held under load on the dyno. It is not present while driving the car on the road".
Someone else asked a similar question in this thread already by the way, maybe worth having a read through it - lots if info :-)
