Hey just checking if anyone has dealt with this mob before?

I ordered a used e82/e88 door from them but when it arrived yesterday it had a massive dent in it.
Likely caused by bad handling during transit.

I'm having difficulties getting any form of compensation out of them and I'm down $560 now.
Keen to hear of experiences.
