This is still on going. Courier company doesn't want to touch the claim because they were subcontracted to do the job.
The direct logistics company doesn't offer insurance on second hand car parts.
I think I'll have to take the wrecker to fair trading since I only dealt directly with them and they haven't supplied me with what I paid for (i.e.an undamaged door).
So the saga continues...
