I have read that lugging the engine is bad, but the definition of lugging is quite blur (high load at low RPM) and may varies from engine to engine, so i'm trying to identify (base on an 1M) what actions are regards as lugging, please tell me what I list below you would regard as lugging:

1. Cruising at around 1000 - 1500 rpm with light acceleration occasionally
2. Flooring the accelerator in 6th at around 2000 rpm.
3. Rolling towards a red light till the rev drop below 1000 rpm then clutch-in.
