I'll be upfront. I'm not a fan (and NEVER have been a fan) of street racing. That is why there are tracks that people can go to and do these kind of things. If they want to live their life 1/4 mile, 12.5 mile or a gazilion mile at a time, they can do it at the track. They don't have to endanger other people's lives in the process.
Recently there was a incident, I think in Florida where 2 idiots were street racing and lost control of their vehicle and slammed head on (I think) into a SUV that was coming on the other side of the road. Result: 4 dead 2 critical. 2 of the dead were in the Scion TC that was racing and lost control.
