Actually, you dont. Removing the rubber seal and those torque screws have nothing to do with the grills themselves. They are pointless extra steps. Why remove screws that are no where near the part you are working on?


All you need is a hooked tool and 5 minutes. Some people have even managed to just pull hard to get their grills out. I wasnt that brave swapping out my grills.
