Look into Route66. They are a great warranty company but you have to buy it through penfed.org, which is a credit union. I don't have a warranty on my 135 but I do on my Jeep GC and they have been great. They have never give me any hassle with warranty work. I did not get a warranty on my 135i because I am far from stock and they will not pay if you have mods. Well worth the money if you plan on keeping your 135 stock.
