Cobb Timing correction

Hi, some questions about timing correction.I find out my cylinder 1 having timing correction during cruising. usually it happen around 1600-3000 rpm range. the correction around -1 to -3. the rest of cylinders will have correction here and there, but mostly happen on cylinder 1, sometime have 2 cylinders correction at the same time. when the cylinder having timing correction, is that mean that cylinder been knocking? how to reading the knock voltage to check if the cylinder is knocking? No correction during WOT. Is it the spark plug causing the timing pull? been running stage 1 sport map. and stage 1 drive map
no code so far.
