Could be any of the following related to tires/wheels assuming you had no shake prior to putting winters on:
  • Loose wheel bolt (always double check the bolt tightness after a 5 or 10 minute drive after changing wheels)
  • Tire bubble
  • Wheel/tire not properly balanced
  • Dramatic difference in tire pressures (not likely though)
  • Tire out of round
  • Tire rotation direction is incorrect
