There is only one type of hose and it fits the 1M just fine same as any other N54. A hose revision was made to make the 2 piece in to 1 to lower production costs but it has the same physical dimensions and does not change fitment, etc. If you're unable to get the hose to sit without kinking one option is to just leave the rear engine cover bolt off back there You'll never notice it with the cowl on. Another is to notch the plastic engine cover like this:
Also, here is what the BMS OCC caught after two days of racing their 135i. Imagine this junk coated all over the inside of your intercooler, chargepipes, and intake valves. Yuck!
