OK a few small updates...
Took the LED's out because they were pretty much invisible during daylight! The did look awesome at night, but the OEM rings are designed to be DRL's and whats the point in having bulbs in that you cant see!? So my solution was some £7 H8's off e-Bay rated to 35w and 7500k.
Bit of a pain to get them into the lights compared to the OEM Phillips bulbs, but they are nice and bright during the day compared to the old LED's I had in there
Also, I finally managed to track down some BMW Performance grilles for the front bumper. They took literally 5 mins to fit and I'm really happy with the look from the front end now
