He doesn't sound like a very successful gangster to me!
Call me perverse but I would be willing to be out of pocket to make sure something is registered against this guys driving record or better. One day he may do some real damage.
The last time I had someone try to run me off the road I was not in my E90 but in my running shoes. I think it's really important that we each contribute to getting people like that off the road - by legal means that is!
