I got the springs from Dan at United BMW or you can go to getbmwparts.com. There both the cheapest out there. Make sure you get the bump stops for them. Stock bump stops are bigger and it won't work well with the performance springs. You'll need to provide them your vin so that you'll get the proper spring for your vehicle. You can order just springs (as fireflyer239 did also).
Koni FSD will work fine with the springs. I prefer Koni yellows because I can adjust how stiff/soft (depending on my driving mood
)
I would also recommend getting a m3 sway bar. It's inexpensive and a must when you're upgrading the suspension.
