Back in March, I was looking at two 2009 CPO 135s from BMW dealers with less mileage for less money. Both were 6MT + M-Sport + iPod + leatherette. 9K miles for $32K and 15K miles for $31K and this was with no real negotiation, just their initial "best price".
if you are concerned about reliability, a 2008 will be off warranty next year. A 2009 or 2010 will give you an extra year or two of factory warranty.

yeah that price is WAY high....come on now.....if you do want a 135i, maybe consider getting a 2010 model for this price through a car broker. 2 1/2 years warranty left.
