to the best of my knowledge there is no local solution for high flowing of the OEM TD03 turbocharger.
There are a few options that are available abroad, but IMHO Rob Beck turbochargers are the best option when looking to go beyond what the stock snails are capable of.
Yes, your JB4 tune will handle "hi-flowed" turbochargers without a problem.
However just to be clear you would not upgrade this particular set of turbos as they are in perfect order and suit a N54 owner that has faulty turbos, but does not want to go beyond 300rwkW.
