I think it is a bit to much transforming all the parts also going with BBK in that case you need master brake cylinder front brakes front suspension etc... If you have possibility to do complete subframe with all bushes and rods go ahead and do it because it will have all bushes on it including diff mounts and all other. About which one is lighter I wouldn't be so sure...
It is good idea to do m3 bushes rods and I would do at the same rear sway bar from 335xi or 335 convertible which is 15mm thick compared with our 12mm
