Xenon - FX-R Retrofit with Adapters 35W
Back on 20 November and was told (after calling to find out my status) on 20 Dec that the Multi-Color Orion V2 was on backorder and it would take 4 more weeks OR I could go with white and have it shipped in a few days. As of 11 Jan they hadn't shipped. Matt (owner) called me personally on the 12th and apologized (he had been gone over a month) and is handling the situation firsthand as he is disappointed in his staff. Although I will still be out the Christmas present for my wife, I'll be waiting to see the quality of the product and estimate of arrival being accurate. IF it arrives closely to estimated delivery time and the quality of the product is good it'll go a long way to making me a satisfied customer.
