I said it in my post... I seem to recall there was less spin before the PPK.
Today's air temp was just a bit lower than last time. I'd guess the road temp was much lower, since it was early morning today, and late afternoon last time.
Maybe the lower road temp explains the more spins, which negatively impacts the measured time, but the lower air temp positively affects the engine performance, so it's a wash.
