Wow, glad everyone is okay.... Did the car actually roll over? With a hit that hard I can't believe that it wouldn't.
Good luck getting anything beyond medical expenses/car. These types of people (multiple DUI offenders) typically don't have much of anything to get (including any kind of personal liability insurance). Hard to sue for what doesn't exist.
