I have just reviewed all available information, including scientific papers (search for roof crush and spinal injuries) and my conclusion is that you will be safer with a harness most of the time on track even in a roll over accident.

The only time the above is an issue is if it is a roll over, AND there is a roof crush AND if the roof crush is severe enough. It is not practical for everyone to have a full cage, and I just want to make sure that people don't blindly belief what's out on the net and review the data before making a decision on harness. I have more information to share but it is getting OT.
