Do the forward cargo hooks allow you to use a net similar to this:

It seems like these cargo hooks are a little off the ground, which won't keep the cargo net tight to the floor and allow things to slide forward?
Good when tying down a spare tire with 4 straps, but not with a cargo net.
I'd like to know before I install them.
